All graphics on this Web site, including the look and feel were either created from scratch using off the shelf software such as Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Aqua Button Maker, BBEdit, Flash, and PhotoFolio®. Other graphics/and/or photos where used were either licensed directly from freelance photographers, or purchased through on-line stock agencies. All trademarks where used are either trademarked Voyager or are trademarks of the respective companies that own them. Some charts and graphics, including Voyager sales sheets and McKenzie charts do make comparisons with Voyager and other competing products and services. Any and all such comparisons made to other products or services is based on factual evidence learned through public knowledge, and or actual use of and/or actual testimonies made by other users of that product or service.

You, the user, are hereby granted a non-exclusive right to use this site for your own information and decision making purposes. You (may not) remove any of the copyright information and you (may not) make any alteration of any of these Web site materials and use it for your own purposes whether for personal gain or not.

Purchases and Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the performance of any virtual tour, if it does not perform as advertised, QuickLook 360 will grant you, the customer, a full refund of the cost of the service that was provided you. For purchases made via check, refunds are made company check made payable to the purchaser name only, and normally take up to two weeks to be processed.

Voyager software. All of the Virtual Tours on this site use software licensed from Voyager 360. Specifically RealTour 360 and RealAdvantage. You may NOT transfer or sell the Voyager software product, access to this site to any other party or license to any other person or entity without express written consent from Voyager.

Disclaimers and other Boo-Boos

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED THAT ALL OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE 100% OPERATIONAL AND BOO-BOO FREE 100% OF THE TIME. ANY VOYAGER SERVICE, IF INTERRUPTED WILL BE TEMPORARY, AND WILL BE CORRECTED TO A FUNCTIONAL STATE ONCE WE ARE NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. YOU, THE USER UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN INTERNET ACCESS IN ORDER TO ACCESS AND USE THE VIRTURL TOUR SERVICES ANd OTHER SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USING THIS WEB SITE. In no event will Voyager or any of Voyager's authorized agents be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, punitive damages, including lost commissions, even if Voyager has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Indemnification Rule

You, the user, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless any officer or authorized Voyager representative from any loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorney fees), made against Voyager by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Voyager site and Voyager software.

Voyager "Ideas and Suggestions," Policy

If you provide Voyager with any idea to improve our services, or if you suggest any new product or service and Voyager elects to use it, you agree that Voyager can use the idea with no compensation to you.
