If Pictures Appear Dark:
Adjust your monitor's brightness and contrast settings.
If Pictures Do Not Appear:
If you have a dial up connection it takes a few seconds longer for
the pictures to appear. For example, the photo album pictures
should appear within about 10 seconds. The 360 degree immersive
images can take up to 45 seconds for some dial up connections.
Please be patient. If the photos don't appear at all, please try
the following procedures:
Virtual tours are best viewed in the Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser.
If you are using the Netscape
browser please try switching to Explorer. Look for the large blue E
on your desk top or to the right of your start menu button and click to open.
Windows XP users:
You may need to Update
Your Windows Package
and download Java
Software ( This is a free download!)
Some of you may need to download Macromedia
Flash Player or Java
Software by Sun Microsystems( This is a free download!)
You may also need
to Enable Java in your browser options.
1. Click on the start button usually in the lower left hand corner.
2. Click on 'Control
Panel'.
3. Look for the 'Internet Options' icon and click on it.
(A new box called 'Internet Properties' will appear)
4. Click on the 'Advance' tab.
5. Scroll down to 'Microsoft VM' and make sure the box
marked 'JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled
(requires restart) is checked. (If you do not find
the heading
'Microsoft VM' you will need to Update
Your Windows Package.

6. Click okay.
7. Restart your computer for the changes to take place
